Brownfields: Explained

'Brownfields' are properties that are contaminated by various pollutants that used to be common in factories or industrial sites. Cleaning up and reinvesting in these properties has many benefits, like increasing our tax base, growing jobs, taking development pressures off of undeveloped, open land, and improving and protecting our environment.
